TOP STORY: The LHS musical needs a food coordinator! If you are able and willing, or just want to ask some questions, please contact Tilly Garnett ASAP.

In June of 1995, LTAPA was formed to provide support to the many Lansing students involved in theatre and music groups throughout the district. Over the years, with funds raised through dues, donations, and various fundraising events, LTAPA has purchased and donated to LCSD such useful items as:
  • sound and lighting equipment;
  • seats for the orchestra pit;
  • concert apparel for the Varsity Chorale; and
  • a new piano dedicated to Cindy Howell, who has been an integral part of LCSD's music department and LTAPA for many years.
LTAPA also provides college scholarships to seniors (from LTAPA member families only) who have demonstrated excellence and dedication to the theatre arts and who plan to continue their post-high school education in the arts.

Additionally, LTAPA has often helped fund group field trips for middle and high school music students, to broaden their horizons and provide lasting memories.

LTAPA annual membership ends on June 11th of every year. All annual memberships must be renewed. If you are interested in joining LTAPA, renewing your membership, or making a separate tax-deductible donation, please complete the booster clubs joint membership form and submit it with a check payable to LTAPA.

For the latest news and behind-the-scenes glimpses at all the wonderful performing arts activities happening in the district, please follow LTAPA on social media! Search for LansingLTAPA on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
