The Lansing PTSO is a membership organization comprised of parents, teachers and students interested in making the Lansing Schools an enriching, productive, and inclusive environment for our students and community. We support the school district with critical funding and classroom resources, volunteers, and family-oriented programming.

Employee Appreciation Week 2018
May 7-11

Please join us and the Lansing PTSO on May 7-11 in recognizing and appreciating all 300 Lansing CSD employees with a themed-week of fun, prizes, and treats. The Lansing PTSO will steward this annual celebration across the district. Those interested in sharing their appreciation are asked to consider donating items, volunteering for a variety of small to large jobs, and/or signing-up for baked goods. Parents and students are also welcome to show their appreciation by writing notes and cards, drawing pictures, and sending emails of gratitude.

Special Education Parent Seminar - March 15
SUPAC will visit Lansing for a free training on March 15at 6:30p.m in the District Teacher Center: Parents' Rights and Responsibilities within the Special Education System. Learn the basics of your rights and responsibilities and your role as a parent/guardian in the special education process. We will also discuss strategies for effectively advocating for your child. Advanced registration is requried. 

Scholastic Book Fair: March 16 - 22
The Winter Scholastic Book Fair "Paws for Books" will held Friday, March 16 - Thursday, March 22 in the RC Buckley Elementary library. Many volunteers are needed to make the Book Fair a success! Please check out our volunteer schedule at and sign up for a slot or two. This is a great event for MS/HS students, grandparents, and community members to volunteer. FMI, email Naomi
