The Lansing PTSO is a membership organization comprised of parents, teachers and students interested in making the Lansing Schools an enriching, productive, and inclusive environment for our students and community. We support the school district through volunteer efforts inside/outside of the classroom, funding resources, and family-oriented events and programming.

Jan 29 – Feb 2 LMS K’Nex Build: Big Ball Factory, after school in room 161. 
Feb 1 School-wide assemblies for LMS & RC Buckley
Feb 1 LaserMania Family Fun Night
Middle School Gym, Doors Open at 6:00 p.m.
Feb 1- Feb 23 RC Buckley FEED THE ROBOT Box Tops Competition.
Goal:  collect 3000 Box Tops & Mrs. Whiteman will dress up as robot.
Feb 2 - March 2 LHS Box Tops Competition: Class v. Class
Feb 3 LMS STEAM Day & Science Fair
Middle School, 1:30-4:15 p.m.
Students signup online
Feb 6-9 Math-a-Thon @ RC Buckley
Goal: Solve 40,000 math facts!
Feb 10 Parent STEAM Day
High School, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Announcements
POSTPONED: Special Education Parent Seminar
THIS EVENT IS POSTPONED DUE TO FACILITATOR ILLNESS. IT WILL BE RESCHEDULED.
SUPAC will visit Lansing for a free training: Parents' Rights and Responsibilities within the Special Education System. Learn the basics of your rights and responsibilities and your role as a parent/guardian in the special education process. We will also discuss strategies for effectively advocating for your child. Advanced registration is requried. 



LMS STEAM Day & Science Fair - Feb 3
Registration is now open for the  workshops and Science Fair! 
-Students should complete this link to register for the workshops and/or Science Fair! 
-Science Fair registration deadline is due January 26
-Workshop registration deadline is due February 2
