  • Wincap Web is an employee self-service program through which employees:

    1. Submit requests for Time Away (absence due to illness, vacation or other needs). You can also check your attendance balances here.

    2. Review your own demographic information (phone, address...)

    3. Review your own payroll information: 

    • You can view your earnings record from 08/09 to the present. You have access to the deduction amounts (FICA, TRS, etc). 

    • You can even start your taxes prior to receiving the W-2 in late January!

    • A potential savings for the district is for those of us who currently have direct deposit to elect not to receive the paper copy each payday. When you login, simply go to My Paycheck Printing Elections and opt out of the direct deposit paycheck stub. You then are able to check your pay information online. This will save the district costs for paper, printing, envelopes and employee time in distribution. Please consider this option as you look at the website.
