We are thrilled to share that our students read an amazing 82,373 minutes during the four weeks of Read Bowl 2026! Your enthusiasm, persistence, and love of reading truly shined throughout the competition.
We celebrated this achievement with a fantastic school event featuring special guests from Cornell University and the Ithaca Football Team! 🎓🏈
Every Buckley Bobcat got to take home a copy of a book by Malcolm Mitchell — thank you to our amazing PTSO for making that possible! 📘💛
This year’s Read Bowl was a huge success — and it’s all because of YOU! Let’s keep turning pages, exploring new stories, and celebrating the power of reading!

In celebration of Youth Mental Health Awareness Week, our Elementary Bobcats—teamed up with some awesome High School Bobcats—brightened up our school entrances with colorful chalk art showcasing their unique “glimmers”! 🌈✨
From inspiring words to joyful doodles, each masterpiece was a reflection of what brings our students happiness, calm, and connection. A huge shoutout to our incredible Mental Health Teams in both the ES and HS for organizing this heartwarming activity. It was a beautiful reminder that even the smallest spark can shine brightly in someone’s day! 💛💙
